Returns
Due to the collectibility of the comics and merchandise we sell, we are unable to accept returns. We do not guarantee any grade, selling only new items. Over time, shelf wear and small cosmetic dings and dents may be possible. If you still feel you’ve received a damaged or mis-shipped order, please contact us at info@comiccity.com.

Cancellations and Returns

All in stock sales orders are final and non-refundable for any reason. All monthly catalog pre-orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the order due date, typically the 20th of the catalog month, but will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee. After the catalog due date, pre-orders sales are final and non-refundable for any reason. If items are returned due to undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded and Comic City will charge a restocking fee of 25% on all items.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund will be for merchandise only.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
