Returns
Due to the collectability of the comics and merchandise we sell, we are unable to accept returns. While we do not grade our graphic novels, books and magazines, they are stored and handled with great care. We do not guarantee any grade, selling only new items. Over time, shelf wear and small cosmetic dings and dents may be possible. If you still feel you’ve received a damaged or mis-shipped order, please contact us at info@comiccity.com.
Shipping
In stock items are stored in a central location. Delivery to a storefor instore pickup will take approximately one week
All orders will be shipped between 1 and 3 business days after receipt from the vendor, with the intent to ship new items as close to release date as possible.
In the case we ask you to return your product, you should mail your product to: 7366 Haggerty Road, West Bloomfield MI 48322
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
