Free Comic Book Day 2024 !
Free Comic Book Day (FCBD) is an annual celebration by the North American comic book industry to attract new readers to independent comic book stores. It usually takes place on the first Saturday of May. On this day, participating comic book shops around the world give away a selection of free comic books to anyone who comes into the store.
For the 2024 FCBD, the Retailer Selection Committee has chosen forty-eight comic book titles for this highly anticipated event. These titles will be available at participating comic shops worldwide. The selection includes twelve Gold Sponsor comics and thirty-six Silver Sponsor comics, providing fans with an opportunity to discover new titles and genres. Notable franchises like Star Wars, Monster High, Maleficent, Doctor Who, Street Fighter, and One Piece are among the Silver Sponsor titles. Additionally, there are exciting offerings from publishers such as ABLAZE, Archie Comics, First Second Books, and Massive Publishing4.
